Nicole Veggioti

Nicole Veggioti is a biomedical engineer specializing in knowledge engineering and the design of clinical decision support systems in healthcare. She currently works at IHE Catalyst as a project manager on European projects focused on health data interoperability, where she coordinates technical and organizational activities across complex, multi-stakeholder and cross-border initiatives. In her role, Nicole collaborates closely with clinicians, industry partners, researchers, and public authorities, bridging the gap between clinical needs, technical standards, and real-world implementation practices. Her work aims to support the adoption of interoperable, standards-based digital health solutions that contribute to a more connected and resilient European healthcare ecosystem.
