Co-creating the Initial EARLYSCAN Cluster User Story for SLAIF (AI Factory Engagement)

SHIELD is a Cancer Mission project focused on improving earlier detection of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) in individuals with familial or genetic predisposition. It addresses late diagnosis of PDAC as the major challenge and cause of mortality. The project’s core goal is to validate a multi-phase screening program that begins with an initial screening step supported by multicultural conversational AI and afterwards biological assessment using a 5-plex multiplex immunoassay.
