CAPACITY BUILDING | Working with Health Technology: Practical Lessons and Emerging Trends
This workshop is designed to equip clinical and health executive leaders in Greece with the practical knowledge needed to successfully lead digital health transformation. Participants will explore what distinguishes successful digital health implementations from costly failures, learning to identify common pitfalls and apply proven strategies (dos and don’ts) used by countries that have effectively scaled digital health. The programme emphasises critical success factors such as strong user adoption, workflow integration, and sustainable funding.
Participants will gain an understanding of the power and limitations of artificial intelligence in clinical practice, along with essential AI safety principles, including privacy, bias mitigation, accountability, and human-in-the-loop principles. The workshop also helps participants develop the skills to critically evaluate digital health technologies and AI solutions by asking the right questions. It will also support organizational readiness for sustainable digital transformation and AI adoption.
