Co-Creation Workshop | EEHRxF Readiness model for Policy & Organizational Stakeholders
A joint i2X – XtEHR session
This interactive workshop, organised by the i2X coordination team in collaboration with NeHA and Uphill, brings together Digital Europe Programme projects working on EHR interoperability to foster alignment and practical collaboration around the European Electronic Health Record Exchange Format (EEHRxF).
The session focuses on EEHRxF readiness from a policy, governance, and organisational perspective, exploring what readiness means in practice and how EHDS policy objectives can be translated into actionable implementation steps at national and European level. Building on insights from the i2X and Xt-EHR projects, as well as IHE Europe’s implementation experience, the workshop will examine lessons learned, methodological approaches, and concrete outputs that support real-world deployment.
A presentation of Xt-EHR outcomes and other relevant project results will provide the basis for structured cross-project dialogue, comparison of approaches, and co-creation of priorities to further refine the EEHRxF Readiness Model, identify key gaps, and address critical policy, governance, and organisational dimensions of readiness.
The workshop is primarily addressed to a policy-making audience, as well as stakeholders involved in the planning, governance, and implementation of interoperable EHR infrastructures, offering practical perspectives to support Member States in effectively implementing EEHRxF.
