Working session: real WG work on GitHub + tooling walkthrough

This hands-on tutorial is a working session of the HL7 Hellas FHIR Core Working Group, designed to familiarise participants with real-world WG practices using GitHub and core FHIR tooling. The session walks through GitHub governance in practice, including issue triage, review, voting and decision-making, and then moves into focused breakout work across profiles, terminology, and tooling.

Participants will also receive a practical tooling walkthrough, covering repository structure, authoring workflows, validation using the FHIR Validator, CI basics, and release processes. The session concludes with consolidation of action items and an overview of next steps and upcoming milestones.
