Constantinos Papaconstantinou is an IT expert with extensive knowledge in cybersecurity, network management, and enterprise systems support. He possesses a robust academic foundation, which includes a BSc in Internet Communication & Networks, a BSc in Internet Computing, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Cybersecurity, demonstrating his dedication to ongoing development and technical proficiency. Since becoming a part of the Department of Information Technology Services (DITS), Constantinos has undertaken various essential positions, such as IT Officer, Network Administrator, Cybersecurity Officer, and Project Manager. He has been the official Data Collection Framework (DCF) provider for the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) since 2021, guaranteeing precise and secure data submissions on behalf of the Cyprus Government. Additionally, he serves as a committee member for the European Health Data Space (EHDS) representing the Ministry of Health.
