ManaGIDITH and IHE Joint Training Session

The goal of this workshop is to provide comprehensive training and insights for participants, aligning with the objectives of the new master program developed by ISCTE and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The workshop aims to achieve the following:

  • Understanding IHE Governance and framework: 
    • Clarify the role and significance of IHE governance in healthcare interoperability.
    • Equip participants with the knowledge needed to navigate governance structures effectively.
    • Define and explain the components of interoperability frameworks.
  • Insights into the Testing Continuum: 
    • Foster an understanding of the testing continuum in the context of healthcare interoperability. 
    • Share strategies for effective interoperability testing. 
  • Mastering Specification, Test Plans, and Examples:
    • Dive into the details of specification development in interoperability initiatives.
    • Equip participants with the skills to craft effective test plans through practical examples.

By the end of the workshop, participants should have gained a comprehensive understanding of IHE, interoperability frameworks, and the practical application of these concepts in healthcare settings. The goal is to empower individuals involved in healthcare systems with the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute effectively to the evolving landscape of healthcare interoperability.
