Telemedicine and Telecare in Practice: From Access to Integrated Care

This session organised by ELEVIT, the Hellenic Society for Biomedical Technology, examines the real-world implementation of telemedecine and telecare in Greece and Cyprus, moving beyond the usual discussion of access toward integrated, patient-centred care. It will showcase practical use cases, organisational models, and lessons learned from actual practice, with emphasis on continuity of care, interoperability, and alignment with existing health services.
