Aline Conchon is leading on European & International Affairs at the Delegation for Digital Health (Délégation du Numérique en Santé – DNS) of France’s Ministry of Health and Access to Care. The DNS is committed to improving healthcare by accelerating the development of secure, interoperable and ethical digital tools. The DNS steers strategic digital health transformation projects at regional and national levels with the full involvement of its ecosystem (from citizens to patients’ and healthcare professionals’ organisations, as well as public agencies and industry associations). At the DNS, Aline Conchon promotes digital health across borders in cooperation with national digital health authorities, international and EU institutions, including via the eHealth Network that France is co-chairing with the European Commission. Aline holds a PhD in industrial relations and brings in her +15-year experience dealing with EU social affairs in Brussels.
