Maria Misendou is a Senior Consultant and Project Manager in the Healthcare and Technology sector, specializing in Public Health and the integration of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare. She holds a Master’s degree in Shipping Management from the University of Piraeus (English-taught program) and is set to formally complete her Master’s degree in Public Health at the University of Patras by June 2025.
She has an extensive professional portfolio of public sector projects, primarily commissioned by the Ministry of Health, funded through the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), the National Development Program (NDP), and the Partnership Agreement for Regional Development (ESPA). Additionally, she serves as a Consultant for EU-funded projects focused on Health, Technology, and Artificial Intelligence.
Currently, she is preparing her research proposal for a PhD dissertation in the field of Public Health. She is also actively involved in the newly established health organization, Human Health Intelligence, where she holds the position of Head of Communications and Public Relations.
