Monief Mohammed Eid has more than 25 years’ experience in building eHealth and Enterprise Imaging Strategy, Road-map, Standard, and Governance. He has the ability to build up clinical programs such as Radiology, Cardiology, Dental, Ophthalmology, Screening (Breast, Colorectal, etc.), Laboratory Systems, Pathology, Blood Bank and others. Adept in Project Execution, Change Management and Training Management.
He has successfully completed and involved with more than 100 projects in the last 28 years with a dollar value of 800 M USD in the field of EMR, EHR, RIS, PACS, CPACS, CVIS, Pathology PACS, Dental PACS, Ophthalmology PACS, Enterprise Imaging Solution, Diagnostic Imaging Equipment (including 3D applications), Clinical Information Systems and Medical Equipment (Vital Sign Monitors, Defibrillators, ECG Recorders/ECG Data Management, Cardiac Registry, Laboratory Information System, Blood Bank Systems, Anesthesia Machines, Lab Diagnostic Equipment, Operating Room Equipment, Cardiac Equipment and Emergency Equipment), and Tele-ICUs services. He has also the ability to build up training and change management knowledge, as well as tool capacity at eHealth portfolio.
Monief Mohammed Eid is Member of HIMSS, and HIMSS-SIIM Enterprise Imaging Work Group, he holds a BSc in Biochemistry and a Master in Healthcare Informatics, and he is Black Belt Six Sigma, Prince 2 Foundation, Prosci, CAP & ITILV3 Foundation certified.
