Anastasios Skroumpelos is a health economist and serves as Associate Director of Market Access and New Products Country Lead at MSD. He holds a PhD in Health Economic Evaluation, along with two Master’s degrees in Health Policy and Applied Statistics. With more than 15 years of experience across health economics, market access, and health policy, he has held senior roles within leading organizations. His professional experience is complemented by a strong academic background, including publications in international peer‑reviewed journals and teaching in the fields of health economics and health policy.
