Ilias Michail Rafail is a Counselor / Psychologist (BA in Psychology) and Adult Educator (M.Ed. in Adult Education). He works as Training Manager at IASIS NGO, as well as a Project Manager in National and European Training and Consulting Programs. He is specialized in Systemic-Group Therapy. Since 2007 he has been organizing Systemic Psycho-Education Groups with a focus on Relationships, the human process through which the individual socializes and makes relationships. In his 29-year career time he has been involved in a) the provision of counselling services b) the participation and coordination of a significant number of national and transnational projects as project manager, c) the development of Vocational Guidance tools as well as of educational and support material, d) elaboration of several studies. The nature of his training intervention is always in line with the Principles of Adult Education and always experiential.
