Dr Stavros Miloulis received his diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (ECE NTUA) and his M.Sc. in Information Technologies in Medicine and Biology (ITMB) from the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He completed his Ph.D. at the Biomedical Engineering Laboratory of the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of NTUA. He is currently a Postdoc at the laboratory, as well as a scientific associate in R&D projects. His primary research activity focuses on the study of electrophysiological signals for interpreting cognitive and motor functions with respect to alterations due to medical conditions. Additional research interests include implementation of mHealth assistive systems and rehabilitation protocols, physiological and kinematic data analysis, medical image processing, decision support systems, and smart sensing technology. He has also engaged in medical data management and software development related to databases and applications. As a member of the Biomedical Engineering Laboratory, he is also conducting teaching activities at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has extensive experience in the formulation, management, and implementation of R&D projects at national and international levels, including the coordination of large-scale Horizon projects.
