Dimitris Tsikerdis is a graduate of the Department of Informatics at the University of Piraeus and holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Information Systems with a specialization in Decision Support Systems from the same university. He also holds a second Master’s degree in Techno-Economic Systems (MBA) from the National Technical University of Athens.
He has worked as a Systems Analyst/Programmer, specializing in Business Process Management (BPM) Systems. Additionally, he is actively involved in professional education as a certified adult instructor, specializing in Databases and Programming Languages, and serves as a lecturer at the Institute of Training (INEP) of the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government.
Since 2018, he has been working at IDIKA S.A. in the field of e-Health, focusing on the analysis, design, and development of Information Systems for Primary Healthcare (PHC Information System, Electronic Health Record, e-rantevou), as well as European projects such as NeHIF, UNICOM, EUVAC, and OriON JA.
