George Morfoulis is an Engineering, AI & Data Partner at Deloitte and leads the Government and Public Services sector. With 28 years of consulting experience, he has delivered a broad portfolio of complex engagements across the public and private sectors in Greece, as well as for international institutions including the European Commission, the World Bank, and the European Investment Bank. He has more than 15 years of leadership experience, has led departments and business units, and has served as engagement lead for over 80 transformation programmes, building deep expertise in the governance and delivery of large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives. He is a Civil Engineer, holds a Master’s degree in International Management and Finance, and is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
