Konstantinos Mathioudakis is an executive at IDIKA S.A., the e-Government Center for Health and Social Security Single Member Société Anonyme in Greece, a graduate of Computer Science and holds a postgraduate degree in the field of Public Health. For many years he dealt with social insurance and in particular the design, development and support of an Information System for the support of the Finance Departments of the country’s insurance agencies. In the recent years he has been dealing with electronic health applications such as Electronic Prescribing, the Primary Health Care system, the Individual Electronic Patient Record, the e-appointment system, Patient Registries, Medical Certificates, medication management, therapeutic protocols, etc. At the same time, he participates in European projects as a coordinator or member of working groups (UNICOM, EUVAC).
